Laurel Greene Kaiser is recognized as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation by the State of Ohio.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Ursuline College and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University.  Laurel has over 17 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults and families in individual and group settings.  She specializes in resilience-based approaches for youth and adults.  Resilience-based approaches allow clients to successfully navigate challenges by uncovering their strengths.  Laurel also is passionate about providing workshops and trainings to parents and educators on fostering resilience. Her previous experiences include providing prevention services for middle school students and community-based mental health counseling for all ages.  Laurel has also recently worked in higher education as the director of a student success program for first-generation college students as well as counselor and case manager in their counseling department.  Laurel is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that inspires her clients to thrive.
